Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 5 played minutes Görup got a freekick which was hit by Tycho Raskfeld. 5 minutes into the match, Nysum FC's Lavrits Karnbak broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mattias Wennergaard struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Lavrits Mourier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nysum FC. After 11 minutes, Tycho Raskfeld mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Görup and the Nysum FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tycho Raskfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. The supporters of Nysum FC booed when Görup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sigfried Lilleås didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lavrits Karnbak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th match minute, Görup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tycho Raskfeld to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tom Scherdetzki got free with Henry Staalø in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, John Agerskov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Görup's supporters rose to their feet, but John Agerskov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Staalø breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Tom Scherdetzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Staalø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Agerskov, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zacharias Brinkkjær to make the kick off. Henry Staalø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Agerskov, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. When John Agerskov came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Görup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Agerskov couldn't finish the play. 60 minutes into the match, Görup's goalkeeper Lavrits Mourier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mattias Wennergaard. After having played for 63 minutes, John Agerskov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Görup's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Agerskov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Zacharias Brinkkjær had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Agerskov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henry Staalø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Scherdetzki, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Zacharias Brinkkjær's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lavrits Mourier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. After 85 played minutes Nysum FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Almer. The attack was good, but when Tom Scherdetzki in the 86th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Henry Staalø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Agerskov in the 89th minute of play. Lavrits Mourier made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Mattias Wennergaard sent off a good shot on target. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
