Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Ejby's zone, Thue Aris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Damby came out of the goal and Thue Aris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hemmed's goalkeeper Hilbert Wichberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Hemmed's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Jankjær came free, but Hilbert Wichberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 minutes of play, Hemmed's Thue Aris made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jim Damby was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hilbert Wichberg came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Ejby's Hagbard Kemnitz. But to his dismay, Hagbard Kemnitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a rather tough play, Hemmed's Louis Topkvist got a free kick in the 16th minute. Adam Jankjær received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Hilbert Wichberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute Hagbard Kemnitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilbert Wichberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thue Aris's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jim Damby read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Martin Riskov's late challenge caught a Hemmed's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Riskov helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, Ejby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Riskov to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, Ejby's goal looked a bit too open when Curt Strue came free, but Jim Damby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 27 minutes, Tejs Weissenburg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ejby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tejs Weissenburg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Thue Aris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curt Strue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jim Damby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee gave Ejby a penalty, 38 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tonni Blæsborg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hemmed's Hilbert Wichberg. 1-2. Adam Jankjær struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Hilbert Wichberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ejby.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Curt Strue was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Ejby got a freekick which was hit by Rikki Faurholdt. After a defensive mix-up in Hemmed's zone, Hagbard Kemnitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hilbert Wichberg came out of the goal and Hagbard Kemnitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Adam Jankjær managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ejby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Jankjær was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 65 in the game by Adam Jankjær from a close distance when the talented Hilbert Wichberg managed to make a qualified save. Hemmed's players were relieved. With a little luck, Hemmed's Hilbert Wichberg got control of the ball when Adam Jankjær tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76thth minute of the game Hagbard Kemnitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hemmed's Hilbert Wichberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hemmed's goalkeeper Hilbert Wichberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hagbard Kemnitz during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hagbard Kemnitz hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Jim Damby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curt Strue in the 80th minute of the match. Jim Damby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thue Aris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Ejby getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Bertold Marshall hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Adam Jankjær had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hilbert Wichberg. Hemmed's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adam Jankjær was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Ejby's Jim Damby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thue Aris in the 92nd minute of play. Thue Aris might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jim Damby. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thue Aris ran back to his position shaking his head. The Ejby supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ejby would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
