The audience was convinced that Herbert Harms's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thorvald Styrishave was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Bögebjærg AC's Thorvald Styrishave played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dirk Fransson in the 22nd minute of play. Dirk Fransson took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thorvald Styrishave. Thorvald Styrishave dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bögebjærg AC's goalkeeper Thorvald Styrishave, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thorvald Styrishave came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Rostrup's Herbert Harms. But to his dismay, Herbert Harms quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Tøger Proslev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoffer Mølhede, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herbert Harms to make the kick off. Alexander Jarnborg charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. An unexpectedly hard shot by Espen Keilgaard in the 85th minute of play forced Bögebjærg AC's goalkeeper Thorvald Styrishave to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gynther Gjelleruplund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Gynther Gjelleruplund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bögebjærg AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gynther Gjelleruplund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tøger Proslev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 95 minutes into the match, Gynther Gjelleruplund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tøger Proslev. Rostrup's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gynther Gjelleruplund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rostrup walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
