Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Melkior Garmer made the kick off which started today's match. A collision led to Serup getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Esben Thirsted hit a great ball. Folmar Mulfeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jørgen Bertoni having to interfere. Karim Tirsbæk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mohamed Aunø charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohamed Aunø the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Mauritz Langhjelm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes Balstrup got a freekick which was hit by Melkior Garmer. If Karim Tirsbæk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Mohamed Aunø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karim Tirsbæk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vilmar Widmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melkior Garmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Serup's Olav Strømmer got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 34th minute, Balstrup's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Folmar Mulfeldt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Folmar Mulfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Balstrup's Jørgen Bertoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karim Tirsbæk in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of Serup booed when Balstrup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Munkehøj didn't get a good kick on the ball.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karim Tirsbæk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by Mauritz Langhjelm got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Folmar Mulfeldt struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Jørgen Bertoni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Serup. If Karim Tirsbæk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folmar Mulfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tommy Munkehøj during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kim Barsing was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 75th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Balstrup getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Thorvald Braune hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sophus Hilk during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th minute, one of Serup:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Serup. 84 minutes into the match, Serup's Karim Tirsbæk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jørgen Bertoni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Melkior Garmer came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Balstrup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melkior Garmer couldn't finish the play. Vilmar Widmer made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Mauritz Langhjelm sent off a good shot on target.
