Adam Carstengren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 12 minutes, Sigfried Buenaventura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perbøl FV and the Gerlev FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes Perbøl FV got a freekick which was hit by Sigfried Buenaventura. In the 14th minute, Teis Sylvester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Perbøl FV's Svenning Asti couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gerlev FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Belting in the 17th minute of play forced Gerlev FC's goalkeeper Ingvar Bjernved to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Gerlev FC's Phillip Sudergaard got a free kick in the 18th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Perbøl FV's Svenning Asti tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ingvar Bjernved made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Lennarth Kolnig sent off a good shot on target. 23 minutes into the match, Perbøl FV's goal looked a bit too open when Cristoffer Velbæk came free, but Adam Carstengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vilhelm Baandhagen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Carstengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristoffer Velbæk, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The supporters of Gerlev FC booed when Perbøl FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sigfried Buenaventura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vilhelm Baandhagen struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Adam Carstengren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gerlev FC. Cristoffer Velbæk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Carstengren having to interfere. If Vilhelm Baandhagen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vilhelm Baandhagen in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Carstengren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Gerlev FC's Ingvar Bjernved got control of the ball when Lennarth Kolnig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ingvar Bjernved took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustav Belting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the game, Perbøl FV's Lennarth Kolnig nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ingvar Bjernved made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After having played for 60 minutes, Lennarth Kolnig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perbøl FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lennarth Kolnig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Vilhelm Baandhagen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gerlev FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilhelm Baandhagen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Gustav Belting's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ingvar Bjernved was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. After 66 played minutes Gerlev FC got a freekick which was hit by Phillip Sudergaard. Gerlev FC's Ingvar Bjernved played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennarth Kolnig in the 69th minute of play. Phillip Sudergaard kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Lennarth Kolnig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristoffer Velbæk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Carstengren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Gustav Belting received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ingvar Bjernved tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cristoffer Velbæk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristoffer Velbæk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Carstengren having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
