Hørmested's Conrad Ladebo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asger Lantzer in the 10th minute of play. Asger Lantzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute Asger Lantzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrad Ladebo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrad Ladebo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Asger Lantzer's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Marvin Palnæs's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Lucas Nederby skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marvin Palnæs got free with Lucas Nederby in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Thomas Coldbork had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Gerhard Glitrup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Nederby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Bjergby were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thomas Coldbork made a kick off. Lucas Nederby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marvin Palnæs, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. With a little luck, Hørmested's Conrad Ladebo got control of the ball when Asger Lantzer tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Thomas Coldbork, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 64 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Conrad Ladebo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Conrad Ladebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Coldbork in the 66th minute of play. If Thomas Coldbork had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Asger Lantzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute Thomas Coldbork shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrad Ladebo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Asger Lantzer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Conrad Ladebo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lucas Nederby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerhard Glitrup in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marvin Palnæs in the 77th minute of play forced Bjergby's goalkeeper Lucas Nederby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asger Lantzer came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Conrad Ladebo could save by the left post. After 88 played minutes Bjergby got a freekick which was hit by Thor Hammervig. Conrad Ladebo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Coldbork, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Marvin Palnæs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Kenn Thorsfelt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
