Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leonhard Fuglsbøl got the match started through his kick off. When Imran Barndorff came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Sorø fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Imran Barndorff couldn't finish the play. Werner Hoffmeyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Sorø defense, Werner Hoffmeyer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laurits Thunedborg. The Sorø fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laurits Thunedborg should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Nørby getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Peiter Munkner hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, Sorø's Egon Sjerrild ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mauritz Hagensen. Mauritz Hagensen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 20 minutes into the match, Nørby's Leonhard Fuglsbøl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laurits Thunedborg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Egon Sjerrild took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauritz Hagensen. Mauritz Hagensen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 29th minute, Imran Barndorff got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Sorø's Egon Sjerrild slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mauritz Hagensen. That made the score 3-1 after 37 minutes of play. Mauritz Hagensen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egon Sjerrild in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute Leonhard Fuglsbøl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurits Thunedborg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48thth minute of the game Werner Hoffmeyer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sorø's Laurits Thunedborg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Egon Sjerrild to make the kick off. Laurits Thunedborg was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Leonhard Fuglsbøl capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leonhard Fuglsbøl really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Werner Hoffmeyer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Laurits Thunedborg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Imran Barndorff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonhard Fuglsbøl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egon Sjerrild in the 75th minute of play forced Nørby's goalkeeper Mauritz Hagensen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Imran Barndorff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Imran Barndorff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauritz Hagensen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egon Sjerrild, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 played minutes Nørby got a freekick which was hit by Peder Dunø. In the 83rd match minute, Nørby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rupert Klæbel to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Nørby's goal looked a bit too open when Egon Sjerrild came free, but Mauritz Hagensen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piet Ledegaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Mauritz Hagensen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sorø's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
