A collision led to Fårup getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Povl Nording hit a great ball. The long shot by Laus Fjelsing in the 29th minute really tested Keld Busekist's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A hard shot 30 in the game by Gerhardt Byrholt from a close distance when the talented Keld Busekist managed to make a qualified save. Nyhuse's players were relieved. In the 35th minute Mickey Brokside shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Seslef saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerhardt Byrholt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keld Busekist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Fårup's goal looked a bit too open when Svenn Vehage came free, but Ingvar Seslef reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svenn Vehage sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Helmuth Klaaborg hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Svenn Vehage ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ingvar Seslef was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mickey Brokside to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match Laus Fjelsing sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Keld Busekist skillfully saved the ball. Askild Bartz kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. When Gerhardt Byrholt came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Fårup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerhardt Byrholt couldn't finish the play. After 63 minutes of play, Fårup's Melkior Osbøl made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Busekist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Melkior Osbøl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Svenn Vehage got free with Ingvar Seslef in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nyhuse's Svenn Vehage got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ingvar Seslef showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mickey Brokside in the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Fårup booed when Nyhuse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Askild Bartz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute of the match Christian Darnig shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Keld Busekist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Gerhardt Byrholt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fårup's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerhardt Byrholt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Busekist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerhardt Byrholt in the 89th minute of play forced Nyhuse's goalkeeper Keld Busekist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Seslef showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mickey Brokside in the 95th minute of the match. The Nyhuse players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Fårup from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
