Mads Scholes started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Frands Daurehøj's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eberhardt Fagerhøj was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Folmar Casthøj managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hedeboryde's supporters rose to their feet, but Folmar Casthøj was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingolf Dahl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Bertram Kjellerød fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Risbjærg FV's protests and gave Bertram Kjellerød a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hedeboryde booed when Risbjærg FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertram Kjellerød didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 played minutes, Hedeboryde's Terkil Rimbrandt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ingolf Dahl came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hedeboryde reached it. After some careless play in the Risbjærg FV defense, Mads Scholes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ingolf Dahl. The Risbjærg FV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingolf Dahl should have stopped the shot. Risbjærg FV's Frands Daurehøj got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute of the match Karljohan Slottboe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ingolf Dahl skillfully saved the ball. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Frederick Withander took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Eberhardt Fagerhøj to make any attempt to save it. Eberhardt Fagerhøj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frederick Withander in the 40th minute. Risbjærg FV's Frederick Withander got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Folmar Casthøj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingolf Dahl having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A collision led to Risbjærg FV getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nicolai Antoniussen hit a great ball. Frands Daurehøj scored 2-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eberhardt Fagerhøj, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Hedeboryde booed when Risbjærg FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laus Severs didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Hedeboryde's Peer Sjeltoft got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute, Mads Scholes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Joseph Theda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the game, Joseph Theda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Risbjærg FV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hedeboryde the free kick. Joseph Theda kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Mads Scholes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingolf Dahl having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Mads Scholes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ingolf Dahl. The goal made the score 2-2. After 79 played minutes Mads Scholes rounded Risbjærg FV's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. In the 88th minute Joseph Theda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eberhardt Fagerhøj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eberhardt Fagerhøj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frands Daurehøj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frands Daurehøj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Eberhardt Fagerhøj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bertram Kjellerød fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eberhardt Fagerhøj having to interfere. Hedeboryde's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
