Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Valdemar Montana started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Hedensted FC got a freekick which was hit by Ingvar Narbæk. 9 minutes into the match, Hedensted FC's goalkeeper Henry Grevlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paul Parvig. After 11 played minutes Åge Rodahl rounded Hedensted FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Åge Rodahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henry Grevlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Paul Parvig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paul Parvig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Grevlund having to interfere. Åge Rodahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Henry Grevlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paul Parvig who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Henry Grevlund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Ingvar Narbæk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingvar Narbæk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Sibold having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Åge Rodahl reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Henry Grevlund. The goal made the score 2-0. Åge Rodahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Paul Parvig came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Sminge FV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Parvig couldn't finish the play. Steffen Sibold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Narbæk, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

If Valdemar Montana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Åge Rodahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Grevlund having to interfere. Henry Grevlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åge Rodahl in the 60th minute of play. If Valdemar Montana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åge Rodahl kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Steffen Sibold made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Ingvar Narbæk sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Ingvar Narbæk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Steffen Sibold. That made the score 2-1 in the 72 minute of play. Sminge FV's Steffen Sibold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar Montana in the 77th minute of play. Åge Rodahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Henry Grevlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Åge Rodahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Sminge FV's zone, Sam Seigan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steffen Sibold came out of the goal and Sam Seigan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Montana in the 95th minute of play forced Sminge FV's goalkeeper Steffen Sibold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Narbæk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sminge FV fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hedensted FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
