Jasper Vibak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 8 minutes into the game, one of Handbjerg:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Bjerregårde. Oscar Passer stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jasper Vibak. 0-2. Peter Højsting stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christopher Klemble's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. When Mathies Gliskov fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Handbjerg's protests and gave Mathies Gliskov a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Handbjerg getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Mathies Gliskov hit a great ball. Mohamed Barnholm took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jasper Vibak. Jasper Vibak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 24 minutes of play, Bjerregårde's Jokum Reinsch made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jasper Vibak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Handbjerg's Jasper Vibak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Barnholm in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Bjerregårde's Jokum Reinsch sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jasper Vibak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jasper Vibak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jokum Reinsch in the 32nd minute of the match. Peter Højsting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Klemble in the 34th minute of play. With a little luck, Bjerregårde's Peter Højsting got control of the ball when Konstantin Travn tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Jokum Reinsch came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Bjerregårde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jokum Reinsch couldn't finish the play. Mathies Gliskov hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Jasper Vibak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mohamed Barnholm's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Thanks to some nice moves Oscar Passer could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Jasper Vibak however easily saved by the left post. 62 minutes into the game, Nicky Beole was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Handbjerg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bjerregårde the free kick. The supporters of Bjerregårde booed when Handbjerg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicky Beole didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jokum Reinsch struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Jasper Vibak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bjerregårde. Jokum Reinsch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Jasper Vibak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Handbjerg's Isak Knorborg got a free kick in the 70th minute. If Konstantin Travn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christopher Klemble fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Højsting having to interfere. After 78 minutes, Jokum Reinsch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bjerregårde and the Handbjerg players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jokum Reinsch kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Gunvald Bernt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Bjerregårde defense, Konstantin Travn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Peter Højsting. The Bjerregårde fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Peter Højsting should have stopped the shot.
