Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bo Baldersø fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Büll having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Lombjerg's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Høvighoff came free, but Ivar Büll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torbjørn Matting in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michel Kimborg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vejers's Michel Kimborg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Volmar Rolffan in the 20th minute of play. Michel Kimborg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Volmar Rolffan in the 23rd minute of play. Volmar Rolffan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Michel Kimborg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Høvighoff in the 31st minute of play forced Lombjerg's goalkeeper Ivar Büll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Milton Fasterholdt came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Vejers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milton Fasterholdt couldn't finish the play. Ivar Büll made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Milton Fasterholdt sent off a good shot on target. Mikael Høvighoff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Büll having to interfere. The nice shot from Milton Fasterholdt in the 48thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Ivar Büll had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mikael Høvighoff to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Milton Fasterholdt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vejers's supporters rose to their feet, but Milton Fasterholdt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivar Büll breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Høvighoff in the 54th minute of play forced Lombjerg's goalkeeper Ivar Büll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of Vejers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lombjerg:s goal. When Volmar Rolffan came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Lombjerg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Volmar Rolffan couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Wiktor Vain kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Michel Kimborg. That made the score 1-2 in the 73 minute of play. A collision led to Lombjerg getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Frank Novel hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Vejers's Niklas Golbækdal broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mikael Høvighoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivar Büll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milton Fasterholdt in the 82nd minute of the match. Hilbert Jurs kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Mikael Høvighoff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vejers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Høvighoff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute Knut Moldt suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Wiktor Vain hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Milton Fasterholdt struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Ivar Büll didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vejers. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lombjerg eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
