Morgan Hansbøl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Bugholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, André Bugholm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lindholm's supporters rose to their feet, but André Bugholm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Morgan Hansbøl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Lindholm's Fredrik Landwehrjohann got a free kick in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Wiktor Vaarby was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sir SIK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lindholm the free kick. Wiktor Vaarby kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Alexander Munkbo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jarl Husdal charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Morgan Hansbøl made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Alexander Munkbo sent off a good shot on target. Alexander Munkbo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Morgan Hansbøl came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexander Munkbo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 27th minute. André Bugholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Lindholm booed when Sir SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Vaarby didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when André Bugholm made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Eckhardt Mittun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carsten Tessing in the 55th minute of play forced Lindholm's goalkeeper Preben Bonnkjer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Morgan Hansbøl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Bugholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Wiktor Vaarby was shown his second yellow card after 66 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Lindholm booed when Sir SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Vaarby didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexander Munkbo in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Morgan Hansbøl saved Sir SIK from getting behind. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Lindholm's goalkeeper Preben Bonnkjer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 75 played minutes Sir SIK's Andre Milsgaard stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Preben Bonnkjer stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Lindholm of the goal.
