Ricard Hielscher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eyvind Jinzen in the 3rd minute. A collision led to Sepstrup getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Carl Listel hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Listel in the 7th minute of play forced Bøsbæk's goalkeeper Ricard Hielscher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Ricard Hielscher successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Elmer Wendelbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kresten Basballe, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Lauritz Falslund was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 31 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Sepstrup's Lauritz Falslund got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Didrik Fløjbo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 33rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 34 minutes, Pierre Frisby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sepstrup and the Bøsbæk players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sepstrup getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Pierre Frisby hit a great ball. Amund Lynum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute Kresten Basballe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elmer Wendelbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Thorvald Hjortager had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elmer Wendelbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kresten Basballe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kresten Basballe was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 55 in the game by Thorvald Hjortager from a close distance when the talented Elmer Wendelbo managed to make a qualified save. Sepstrup's players were relieved. Thorvald Hjortager received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Elmer Wendelbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Eyvind Jinzen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sepstrup's supporters rose to their feet, but Eyvind Jinzen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricard Hielscher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Eyvind Jinzen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Eyvind Jinzen came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Sepstrup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eyvind Jinzen couldn't finish the play. If Kresten Basballe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Louis Theda fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bøsbæk's protests and gave Louis Theda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th match minute, Bøsbæk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louis Theda to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Lasse Wenneke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Elmer Wendelbo managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Bøsbæk's Thorvald Hjortager fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kresten Basballe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Elmer Wendelbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th match minute, Bøsbæk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mouritz Adelsbæk to maneuver through the defense. If Alfred Kvederis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sepstrup's Elmer Wendelbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kresten Basballe in the 91st minute of play. The Sepstrup supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bøsbæk's performance. The match ended with a win for Bøsbæk.
