Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Snedstrup's Rene Raunholdt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Lennart Brenaa came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Fjeldrad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Brenaa couldn't finish the play. 9 minutes into the match, Fjeldrad's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Raunholdt came free, but Ingolf Venland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ingolf Venland stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Detlef Lønsman's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Nik Sønderhede managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fjeldrad's supporters rose to their feet, but Nik Sønderhede was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berndt Svanhede breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Fjeldrad defense, Detlef Lønsman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ingolf Venland. The Fjeldrad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingolf Venland should have stopped the shot. 24 minutes into the match, Fjeldrad's goal looked a bit too open when Hannibal Salwin came free, but Ingolf Venland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Detlef Lønsman came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Snedstrup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Detlef Lønsman couldn't finish the play. Snedstrup's Berndt Svanhede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jess Lentz in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Rene Raunholdt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lennart Brenaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Berndt Svanhede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Snedstrup's Rene Raunholdt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ingolf Venland narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Snedstrup's zone, Nik Sønderhede stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Berndt Svanhede came out of the goal and Nik Sønderhede tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lennart Brenaa was the one to do the kick off. Roland Robing's shot from long distance in the 56th minute was not bad at all, but Fjeldrad's Ingolf Venland knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Snedstrup's goalkeeper Berndt Svanhede, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Hannibal Salwin fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Snedstrup's protests and gave Hannibal Salwin a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Fjeldrad booed when Snedstrup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannibal Salwin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Berndt Svanhede showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nik Sønderhede in the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, Snedstrup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierre Mogensbæk to maneuver through the defense. Ingolf Venland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Raunholdt in the 72nd minute of play. Rene Raunholdt scored 0-2 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ingolf Venland, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ingolf Venland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Raunholdt in the 77th minute of the match. If Detlef Lønsman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute Rene Raunholdt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingolf Venland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Snedstrup's goal looked a bit too open when Lennart Brenaa came free, but Berndt Svanhede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berndt Svanhede showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nik Sønderhede in the 96th minute of the match. The Fjeldrad supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Snedstrup's performance. The match ended with a win for Snedstrup.
