After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Tomas Eneby managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skotterup's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Eneby was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walter Sanda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tonny Brixgaard was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 29 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the game, one of Tostebjærg:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 31 minutes, Skotterup's Ronny Svanefjord got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Walter Sanda. If Thorleif Agersbøl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Skotterup's Tomas Eneby got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Thorleif Agersbøl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fred Eckersberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thorleif Agersbøl's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thorleif Agersbøl to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Melkior Dylsing was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tostebjærg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skotterup the free kick. Walter Sanda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Eneby in the 53rd minute of play. If Markus Høy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walter Sanda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Eneby, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Tomas Eneby scored 3-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walter Sanda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Tomas Eneby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Thorleif Agersbøl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Thorleif Agersbøl could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Fred Eckersberg however easily saved by the left post. 86 minutes into the match, Tostebjærg's Muhammad Dramer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fred Eckersberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Walter Sanda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birger Topsøe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tomas Eneby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Eneby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
