When Claus Liengaard fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hjemitslev's protests and gave Claus Liengaard a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 played minutes Hjemitslev got a freekick which was hit by Claus Liengaard. Bastian Bo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronald Kjeldberg having to interfere. Bastian Bo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Klavs Bøllehuus took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronald Kjeldberg. Ronald Kjeldberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Lennart Fulby struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Mikkel Tvedegaard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hjemitslev. In the 36th minute Torbjørn Lerner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikkel Tvedegaard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Klavs Bøllehuus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Helge Bratlund kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After 43 played minutes Kværnholt FV got a freekick which was hit by Lenni Danholt. Gordon Lollike took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mikkel Tvedegaard. Kværnholt FV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Torbjørn Lerner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hjemitslev's supporters rose to their feet, but Torbjørn Lerner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mikkel Tvedegaard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Lennart Fulby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Mikkel Tvedegaard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torbjørn Lerner took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mikkel Tvedegaard. Mikkel Tvedegaard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Hjemitslev's zone, Klavs Bøllehuus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronald Kjeldberg came out of the goal and Klavs Bøllehuus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Hjemitslev booed when Kværnholt FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hasan Rantov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hjemitslev! Torbjørn Lerner charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Torbjørn Lerner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Torbjørn Lerner kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Bastian Bo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronald Kjeldberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Mikkel Tvedegaard made a fantastic save in the 99th minute, when Torbjørn Lerner sent off a good shot on target. In the 100th match minute, Kværnholt FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tor Fuglheim to maneuver through the defense.
