Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jacob Gericke started the match with the kick off. Nicolas Klyvang was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 14 minutes, Chris Brandel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hvirpgade and the Tårup players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th minute, Chris Brandel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacob Gericke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sonni Storres came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Hvirpgade fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sonni Storres couldn't finish the play. Fred Riistofte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Therkild Asserbiørn, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Hvirpgade's Jacob Gericke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franz Sjøgaard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 37 minutes, Therkild Asserbiørn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tårup and the Hvirpgade players grew even worse after the yellow card.

The audience was convinced that Jacob Gericke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franz Sjøgaard was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. After 56 played minutes Tårup got a freekick which was hit by Tonny Kirsdal. Jacob Gericke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franz Sjøgaard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Hvirpgade's Sonni Storres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Franz Sjøgaard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Therkel Riise fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hvirpgade's protests and gave Therkel Riise a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th match minute, Hvirpgade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Therkel Riise to maneuver through the defense. Fred Riistofte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asgar Neffets, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tårup's Franz Sjøgaard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sonni Storres in the 72nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hvirpgade's zone, Therkild Asserbiørn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Riistofte came out of the goal and Therkild Asserbiørn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Hvirpgade:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tårup:s goal. Hvirpgade:s Fred Riistofte showed great skill when he stopped Kris Lilholt:s penalty. In the 80th minute, Kris Lilholt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fred Riistofte was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Tejs Glamby hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Tonny Kirsdal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fred Riistofte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asgar Neffets, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
