Hetofte AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lakkendrup SIK the free kick. In the 6th match minute, Hetofte AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertram Toftløs to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Hetofte AC's Al Jelkær got a free kick in the 7th minute. Marco Flamgaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Lakkendrup SIK's Edmund Pfanner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Lakkendrup SIK from getting a goal against them. Carsten Sorgenfri hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. If Ibrahim Priis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 38 minutes, Bertram Toftløs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hetofte AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertram Toftløs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edmund Pfanner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertram Toftløs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jon Angaard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorkild Holmgrun in the 46th minute of play. Thorkild Holmgrun struck a weak shot in the 49th minute. Jon Angaard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lakkendrup SIK. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
