With a left leg Oliver Ankergren saved Bale from getting behind. Klement Darman might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oliver Ankergren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Klement Darman ran back to his position shaking his head. Miki Høegsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Roald Corfitsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Ankergren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ole Rejgaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bale's goalkeeper Oliver Ankergren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Vebbestrup's Klement Darman in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bale's goalie prevented a goal. Henning Leithved made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimir Dam in the 27th minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Vebbestrup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roald Corfitsen to maneuver through the defense. Vladimir Dam succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 34th playminute. Marthin Døl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Henning Leithved tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Klement Darman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Ankergren having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Marthin Døl made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Bale's Oliver Ankergren got control of the ball when Klement Darman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bale's Vladimir Dam got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marthin Døl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Vladimir Dam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 72 played minutes Leopold Hilmand shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Bale's Oliver Ankergren to catch but Leopold Hilmand was lucky. It became 1-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. 75 minutes into the match, Klement Darman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oliver Ankergren. Bale's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Klement Darman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Vebbestrup's zone, Marthin Døl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henning Leithved came out of the goal and Marthin Døl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Klement Darman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Vebbestrup booed when Bale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddi Nordfang didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Ole Rejgaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oliver Ankergren was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Miki Hilting's late challenge caught a Vebbestrup's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miki Hilting helped the player get up and apologised. In the 97th minute, Miki Hilting hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Vebbestrup's Leopold Hilmand tried to score from far away in the 98th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vebbestrup eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
