The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Sophus Venemand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nees's supporters rose to their feet, but Sophus Venemand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvald Mofero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 6th match minute, Toustrup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richardo Marer to maneuver through the defense. Hans Tærning kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Toustrup's goalkeeper Osvald Mofero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Osvald Mofero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sophus Venemand in the 13th minute of play. Bob Torarenni hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Bob Torarenni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Nees's zone, Milton Vermehren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viktor Norbryn came out of the goal and Milton Vermehren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bob Torarenni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silas Vendebo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Keld Lexander could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Osvald Mofero however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Keld Lexander got free with Osvald Mofero in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Osvald Mofero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sophus Venemand's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. If Keld Lexander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 43 minutes into the game, Nees's Sophus Venemand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osvald Mofero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Asfred Vangdrup fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nees's protests and gave Asfred Vangdrup a yellow card for diving instead. Asfred Vangdrup hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bob Torarenni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Richardo Marer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvald Mofero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keld Lexander in the 52nd minute of play. If Keld Lexander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keld Lexander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Osvald Mofero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Keld Lexander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Nees booed when Toustrup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddy Vallensved didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osvald Mofero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keld Lexander in the 81st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Toustrup defense, Sophus Venemand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osvald Mofero. The Toustrup fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osvald Mofero should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute, Keld Lexander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Toustrup's Bob Torarenni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viktor Norbryn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Bob Torarenni reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Viktor Norbryn. The goal made the score 3-2. Nees were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Toustrup for a fine match.
