When Svenne Gettrup came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Komdrup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Svenne Gettrup couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of Komdrup:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Egebjærg:s goal.

In the 52nd match minute, Egebjærg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tage Manna to maneuver through the defense. Komdrup's Reinhard Alkil got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baltazar Volt scored 1-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waldemar Tordorf, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Komdrup's Mark Schlanbusch got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tue Heinerup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cornelius Røen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Cornelius Røen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lynge Glassy having to interfere. After 84 played minutes Egebjærg got a freekick which was hit by Ejnar Skarsby. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baltazar Volt in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waldemar Tordorf saved Egebjærg from getting behind. Svenne Gettrup charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Svenne Gettrup the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Komdrup getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Svenne Gettrup hit a great ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
