Vestrup FC's Mikki Svendlund pulled a muscle in his back after 9 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Carl Mejnaa kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Adolf Fiebig's late challenge caught a Ulsted's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolf Fiebig helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th match minute, Vestrup FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolf Fiebig to maneuver through the defense. After 15 minutes, Andre Thiemke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vestrup FC and the Ulsted players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kennet Vinterfog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Vestrup FC defense, Eskild Tjarkoff kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bo Roesgaard. The Vestrup FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bo Roesgaard should have stopped the shot. Adolf Fiebig hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the match, Ulsted's Loke Prier broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Kennet Vinterfog managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vestrup FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kennet Vinterfog was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Lejf Ferrov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Heino Klirver was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eskild Tjarkoff scored 1-3 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bo Roesgaard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Heino Klirver breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fritz Hedelbo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Roesgaard having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Vestrup FC's goalkeeper Bo Roesgaard had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fritz Hedelbo. If Kennet Vinterfog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
