Per Nordbjærgs short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Benni Tranholm to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. George Snøffer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harold Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Buddum's George Snøffer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jørgen Eysturtun in the 15th minute of play. Benni Tranholm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benny Kiecker's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. A collision led to Görup getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Philip Skyt hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Benny Kiecker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benni Tranholm was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 23rd minute Harold Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Snøffer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jørgen Eysturtun in the 28th minute of play forced Buddum's goalkeeper George Snøffer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Buddum booed when Görup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harold Murillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benny Kiecker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benni Tranholm having to interfere. Per Nordbjærg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute of the match, Benny Kiecker tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benni Tranholm saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. George Snøffer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 95 minutes into the match, Buddum's Benny Kiecker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benni Tranholm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. George Snøffer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jørgen Eysturtun's shot from short distance in the 98th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Görup had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
