Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Leonhard Villtoft started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Leonhard Villtoft fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Systofte FC's protests and gave Leonhard Villtoft a yellow card for diving instead. Leonhard Villtoft kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Bertold Schwab managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gjentofte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertold Schwab was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Keld Lützer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Alf Frøbert made a huge save. After 15 minutes, Bertold Schwab made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Systofte FC's Alf Frøbert tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The long shot by Karljohan Leest in the 19th minute really tested Alf Frøbert's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Therkel Preece fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Billestrup having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bertold Schwab got free with Alf Frøbert in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had been going on for 31 minutes, Gjentofte's Rico Plesning got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alf Frøbert. If Leonhard Villtoft had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute of the match, Boje Bergtorp tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alf Frøbert saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 45th minute, Gjentofte's Keld Lützer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alf Frøbert. Alf Frøbert yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

After 53 minutes Systofte FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rico Plesning who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Tue Hyrtig got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alf Frøbert quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Boje Bergtorp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonhard Villtoft in the 60th minute of play forced Gjentofte's goalkeeper Herbert Billestrup to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Kristof Menkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hemming Thimgaard during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Systofte FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Hemming Thimgaard hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Systofte FC's Rupert Hørbøll got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Bertold Schwab might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alf Frøbert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bertold Schwab ran back to his position shaking his head. Alf Frøbert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertold Schwab, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Herbert Billestrup made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonhard Villtoft in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Gjentofte getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Tue Hyrtig hit a great ball. A hard shot 87 in the game by Therkel Preece from a close distance when the talented Herbert Billestrup managed to make a qualified save. Gjentofte's players were relieved. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gjentofte fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! After having played for 95 minutes, Leonhard Villtoft managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
