Niko Ratzlaff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Maintz in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Refsnæs booed when Brem FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ralf Klikovich didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Kurt Modal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Diego Birnø hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute Sebastean Elvald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Modal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niko Ratzlaff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ralf Klikovich's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Ralf Klikovich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niko Ratzlaff having to interfere. After having played for 41 minutes, Sebastean Elvald managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Refsnæs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastean Elvald was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastean Elvald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonas Maintz made a kick off. When Erling Wordolff fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Refsnæs's protests and gave Erling Wordolff a yellow card for diving instead. Erling Wordolff hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Kim Lennemann, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 57 minutes, Arnfred Jokumsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. Jonas Maintz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Niko Ratzlaff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The player immediately received a yellow card. 79 minutes into the match, Jimmy Harsmann notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Brem FC's Kurt Modal. Kurt Modal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sebastean Elvald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Modal having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Brem FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnfred Jokumsen came free, but Kurt Modal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jimmy Harsmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kurt Modal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jimmy Harsmann ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute of the match Erling Wordolff shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kurt Modal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
