In the 12th minute, Augustus Ebsøe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bertold Vingaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Bertold Vingaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frode Fenlev was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After having played for 18 minutes, Kristof Holbeck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skjærbæk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristof Holbeck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bertold Vingaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frode Fenlev having to interfere. With his leg Frode Fenlev managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Kleppehuse's Valder Thranov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Valder Thranov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Frode Fenlev made a huge save. With a little luck, Skjærbæk's Frode Fenlev got control of the ball when Bertold Vingaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertold Vingaard in the 30th minute of play forced Skjærbæk's goalkeeper Frode Fenlev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bertold Vingaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valder Thranov got free with Frode Fenlev in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 41 played minutes, Kleppehuse's Benth Mazzoni shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Frode Fenlev came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kleppehuse reached it. If Bertold Vingaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asker Sinkbæk charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Asker Sinkbæk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th match minute, Kleppehuse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asker Sinkbæk to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kristof Holbeck made a kick off. Bertold Vingaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Frode Fenlev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valder Thranov took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frode Fenlev. Frode Fenlev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Bertold Vingaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valder Thranov in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frode Fenlev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luis Konsal charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luis Konsal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A hard shot by Svenaage Pertou from long distance, 70 minutes into the match, got Ditlev Ovedal's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 76th minute, Bertold Vingaard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frode Fenlev was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Kristen Høgholm hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Skjærbæk's goal looked a bit too open when Valder Thranov came free, but Frode Fenlev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertold Vingaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valder Thranov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frode Fenlev having to make a save. Frode Fenlev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valder Thranov in the 89th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Bertold Vingaard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kleppehuse's supporters rose to their feet, but Bertold Vingaard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frode Fenlev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Augustus Ebsøe came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Skjærbæk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augustus Ebsøe couldn't finish the play. Frode Fenlev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertold Vingaard in the 98th minute of play. There was no doubt that Kleppehuse were the better team. Kleppehuse's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
