If Olaf Boalth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Højenskov SIK's Olaf Boalth got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wladimir Pløger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Asgar Nordseth having to make a save. Eyvin Adzersen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Sundbylille FV booed when Højenskov SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Namer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Højenskov SIK's Asgar Nordseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wladimir Pløger in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Højenskov SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Wladimir Pløger came free, but Asgar Nordseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 played minutes Højenskov SIK got a freekick which was hit by Arnfred Voeler. Eyvin Adzersen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Højenskov SIK's Olaf Boalth got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lejf Ruhoff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timo Collin having to interfere. Sundbylille FV's Timo Collin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Boalth in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olaf Boalth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Højenskov SIK's Olaf Boalth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timo Collin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 57th match minute, Sundbylille FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asker Foldgast to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute of the match Casper Dannervig sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Asgar Nordseth skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Højenskov SIK's Asgar Nordseth got control of the ball when Wladimir Pløger tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76th minute, Lejf Ruhoff got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Asgar Nordseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eyvin Adzersen, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Højenskov SIK's Asgar Nordseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Kronsholm in the 81st minute of play. Timo Collin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olaf Boalth, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Olaf Boalth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lejf Ruhoff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Højenskov SIK's Vagn Kanters got a free kick in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Boalth in the 97th minute of play forced Sundbylille FV's goalkeeper Timo Collin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sundbylille FV players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Højenskov SIK.
