In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fjælebroen's goalkeeper Magnus Ellan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Fjælebroen's Danny Mikander got a free kick in the 8th minute. Claes Kenez kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes, Sandbjerg FC's Augustinus Rother shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Magnus Ellan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sandbjerg FC reached it. In the 12th match minute, Fjælebroen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Bygom to maneuver through the defense. Laust Holmgreen might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Magnus Ellan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laust Holmgreen ran back to his position shaking his head. When Laust Holmgreen came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Sandbjerg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laust Holmgreen couldn't finish the play. Frode Gausbøl charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frode Gausbøl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Laust Holmgreen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Ellan having to interfere. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fjælebroen's goalkeeper Magnus Ellan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Jarl Sindbo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jarl Sindbo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rudolf Danfoss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Eyvin Pødenphant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 51 played minutes Sandbjerg FC got a freekick which was hit by Filip Svarter. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Jarl Sindbo sped through Sandbjerg FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eyvin Pødenphant. Laust Holmgreen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frank Bygom during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 71st minute of the match Augustinus Rother sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magnus Ellan skillfully saved the ball. In the 81st minute, Jarl Sindbo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fjælebroen's Magnus Ellan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laust Holmgreen in the 84th minute of play. After 86 minutes, Ruddi Schyberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sandbjerg FC and the Fjælebroen players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ruddi Schyberg kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jarl Sindbo in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eyvin Pødenphant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 91 minutes into the match, Sandbjerg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jarl Sindbo came free, but Eyvin Pødenphant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laust Holmgreen in the 93rd minute of play forced Fjælebroen's goalkeeper Magnus Ellan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claes Kenez kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fjælebroen fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sandbjerg FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
