Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rupert Gedved got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Bersted's goal looked a bit too open when Elmer Hørle came free, but Detlev Klenke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Asmus Vesselholt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Bersted's Detlev Klenke got control of the ball when Fred Storgard tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elmer Hørle in the 12th minute of play forced Bersted's goalkeeper Detlev Klenke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Rupert Gedved hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Storgard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Detlev Klenke made a huge save. After 21 minutes Løjenkær FV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andy Scheutz who took care of the corner kick. Rikki Lomholt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rupert Gedved, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After some careless play in the Bersted defense, Fred Storgard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Detlev Klenke. The Bersted fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Detlev Klenke should have stopped the shot. Rupert Gedved sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 played minutes Løjenkær FV got a freekick which was hit by Fred Storgard. When George Skød came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Bersted fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Skød couldn't finish the play. Elmer Hørle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Detlev Klenke having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elmer Hørle in the 43rd minute of play forced Bersted's goalkeeper Detlev Klenke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Detlev Klenke made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Fred Storgard sent off a good shot on target. If Elmer Hørle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fred Storgard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Detlev Klenke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elmer Hørle made a kick off. Jannich Fyrvald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Rikki Lomholt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chrestian Fensberg kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bersted's Carl Biensø got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute, Elmer Hørle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Løjenkær FV's Fred Storgard in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bersted's goalie prevented a goal. In the 70th minute of the match Løjenkær FV got a corner. Bersted's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ronny Eskegaard ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Bersted's goalie and right to Fred Storgard. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Bersted's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 72 minutes into the game, Asmus Vesselholt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bersted's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Løjenkær FV the free kick. Fred Storgard struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Detlev Klenke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Løjenkær FV. After a rather tough play, Bersted's Robert Horsmann got a free kick in the 81st minute. Fred Storgard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Detlev Klenke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fred Storgard in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Detlev Klenke saved Bersted from getting behind. After 88 minutes, Marvin Saugberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bersted and the Løjenkær FV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes Bersted got a freekick which was hit by Marvin Saugberg. George Skød fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rikki Lomholt having to interfere. Bersted's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
