Dirk Stenled was a little too slow when Rupert Gedved got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 8th minute, Leif Gilsdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rupert Gedved recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bersted's Detlev Klenke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikolas Riviere in the 17th minute of play. Detlev Klenke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vagnar Selnø in the 18th minute of the match. Detlev Klenke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolas Riviere, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. If Nikolas Riviere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th match minute, Nyby SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Gilsdal to maneuver through the defense. Rupert Gedved struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Dirk Stenled didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bersted. George Skød's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Dirk Stenled skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 29 minutes into the match, George Skød notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Nyby SIK's Dirk Stenled. Dirk Stenled was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 38 minutes, Vagnar Selnø managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nyby SIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vagnar Selnø was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute of the match David Wellert shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Detlev Klenke showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vagnar Selnø in the 47th minute of play forced Bersted's goalkeeper Detlev Klenke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bersted's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. David Wellert was slow to take the kick. During this time Nyby SIK's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in David Wellert almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bersted's Detlev Klenke did a great save. Nyby SIK's Dirk Stenled played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Skød in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute Vagnar Selnø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Detlev Klenke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Villiam Kuhlman fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bersted's protests and gave Villiam Kuhlman a yellow card for diving instead. Villiam Kuhlman kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Vagnar Selnø's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Detlev Klenke was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Nyby SIK's Vagnar Selnø got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 68th play minutes Vagnar Selnø shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Detlev Klenke and just under the crossbar into goal. Bersted's Detlev Klenke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Bersted from getting a goal against them. If George Skød had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frands Mundfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Andy Scheutz, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. George Skød sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With splendid footwork Vagnar Selnø arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-2 by the left pole in the game's 86th minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Vagnar Selnø managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nyby SIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vagnar Selnø was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nyby SIK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
