An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Højlund in the 3rd minute of play forced Assendrup's goalkeeper Walder Koppenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Konrad Sørand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Assendrup's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arresødal AC the free kick. Konrad Sørand kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Torsten Højlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Walder Koppenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Owe Sir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 21st minute of the match Konrad Sørand completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Konrad Sørand a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 22 played minutes Assendrup got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Sørand. After a defensive mix-up in Arresødal AC's zone, Hjalmar Fokdal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valder Jansborg came out of the goal and Hjalmar Fokdal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the game, Bendt Vestermarken was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Assendrup's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arresødal AC the free kick. A collision led to Assendrup getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Bendt Vestermarken hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Bernard Vesthorn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walder Koppenberg was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arresødal AC's goalkeeper Valder Jansborg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Torsten Højlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walder Koppenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Højlund in the 47th minute of the match.

Valder Jansborg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hjalmar Fokdal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Arresødal AC's Torsten Højlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walder Koppenberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Torsten Højlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Arresødal AC's Patrik Vallebæk got a free kick in the 58th minute. Assendrup's Walder Koppenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Højlund in the 65th minute of play. If Torsten Højlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Patrik Lansdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Owe Sir's late challenge caught a Arresødal AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Owe Sir helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Owe Sir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 82 played minutes Assendrup got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Brøns. 84 minutes into the match, Assendrup's goalkeeper Walder Koppenberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernard Vesthorn. Arresødal AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernard Vesthorn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Arresødal AC's Walder Koppenberg threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Torsten Højlund, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Arresødal AC's Kenny Nordskilde got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute of the match Tommy Brøns sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valder Jansborg skillfully saved the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
