The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinar Wynn got free with Jannick Sejrbo in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Henry Parno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kennet Vaupell's late challenge caught a Kirkeby FV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kennet Vaupell helped the player get up and apologised. Kennet Vaupell hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Frands Guldbech shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannick Sejrbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frands Guldbech sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reinar Wynn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jannick Sejrbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Hannibal Bebe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Havers was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Parno in the 26th minute of play forced Kirkeby FV's goalkeeper Carl Havers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinar Wynn got free with Jannick Sejrbo in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Henry Parno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henry Parno made a kick off. Carl Havers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Parno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kirkeby FV's Frands Guldbech got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henry Parno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Carl Havers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Reinar Wynn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Hannibal Bebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the game, Bolteskov FC's Henry Parno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carl Havers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. During the 95th minute of the match Heino Friebel completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Heino Friebel a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 96 played minutes Kirkeby FV got a freekick which was hit by Heino Friebel.
