In the 17thth minute of the game Klas Snerle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blæsbjerg FV's Egil Holmrød was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Egil Holmrød showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torleif Hestehauge in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19thth minute of the game Klas Snerle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blæsbjerg FV's Egil Holmrød was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Klas Snerle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egil Holmrød was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Egil Holmrød showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klas Snerle in the 44th minute of the match. Gunner Hvalstrup's late challenge caught a FC Falkenberg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gunner Hvalstrup helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Falkenberg booed when Blæsbjerg FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunner Hvalstrup didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 54 played minutes Blæsbjerg FV got a freekick which was hit by Asmund Goh. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klas Snerle in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Egil Holmrød saved Blæsbjerg FV from getting behind. 69 minutes into the match, Blæsbjerg FV's goal looked a bit too open when Klas Snerle came free, but Egil Holmrød reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Klas Snerle put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Egil Holmrød. In the 75thth minute of the game Klas Snerle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blæsbjerg FV's Egil Holmrød was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Blæsbjerg FV getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Asmund Goh hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Klas Snerle in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egil Holmrød prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Bjørn Aalestrup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klas Snerle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88thth minute of the game Klas Snerle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blæsbjerg FV's Egil Holmrød was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Blæsbjerg FV's zone, Klas Snerle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egil Holmrød came out of the goal and Klas Snerle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Klas Snerle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Falkenberg's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
