Poul Sigvardt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dorin Andreescu in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gunter Hertäg saved Åsted from getting behind. Öztürk Şems sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Røjle Grizzlies FC defense, Vilfred Martinsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Poul Sigvardt. The Røjle Grizzlies FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Poul Sigvardt should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Masannek in the 28th minute of play forced Røjle Grizzlies FC's goalkeeper Poul Sigvardt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Røjle Grizzlies FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Åsted the free kick. In the 57th minute, Amaya Rosendal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vilfred Martinsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Dorin Andreescu hit a great ball. Åsted's Mohamed Hedengran quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Patrick Bergendorff, made in the 66th minute of the game. With a little luck, Åsted's Gunter Hertäg got control of the ball when Dorin Andreescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st match minute, Åsted was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tejs Hylsberg to maneuver through the defense. Åsted's Vilfred Martinsson got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Åsted were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Røjle Grizzlies FC for a fine match.
