The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Johnni Kirkskov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Strømvad in the 6th minute of play. The corner led Amager FC's Ludwig Darsberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Johnni Kirkskov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kenneth Strandsgaard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose Eduino in the 11th minute. In the 11th minute, BK Skjold's Jose Eduino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Johnni Kirkskov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Birger Strømvad went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Birger Strømvad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johnni Kirkskov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Birger Strømvad scored 1-3 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johnni Kirkskov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Amager FC's Birger Strømvad in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amin Rostvold was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Eduino in the 51st minute of play forced Amager FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Strandsgaard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenneth Strandsgaard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genaro Procopio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Sigvald Maya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kenneth Strandsgaard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mo Qi Zheng, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Jose Eduino put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Kenneth Strandsgaard. Kenneth Strandsgaard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Procopio in the 83rd minute of the match. Johnni Kirkskov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Matildo Snow in the 84th minute of the match. The supporters of Amager FC booed when BK Skjold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. The Amager FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
