Poldi Miskiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 9 minutes, Stefan Brocken mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dünnerholz FSV and the Schleperhusen FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Per Rack came free with the goalkeeper in the 15th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Caspar Borretty could save by the left post. Kurt Faust sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Reinhold Springfeld managed to get in a good position for a shot. Schleperhusen FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Reinhold Springfeld was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Poldi Miskiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th match minute, Schleperhusen FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Curt Mehrwald to maneuver through the defense. Caspar Borretty was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rafael Blumenstiel. Per Rack fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caspar Borretty having to interfere. If Reinhold Springfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristian Gengelbach kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Kristian Gengelbach scored 0-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Poldi Miskiewicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Dünnerholz FSV booed when Schleperhusen FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Curt Mehrwald didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kurt Faust was the one to do the kick off. Reinhold Springfeld in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Poldi Miskiewicz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 57 minutes into the match, Dünnerholz FSV's goalkeeper Poldi Miskiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinhold Springfeld. Reinhold Springfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Poldi Miskiewicz having to interfere. Poldi Miskiewicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reinhold Springfeld in the 61st minute. In the 78th match minute, Schleperhusen FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sören Schultz to maneuver through the defense. Reinhold Springfeld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Poldi Miskiewicz was a little too slow when Steffen Strerath got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-3. Kristian Gengelbach hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Per Rack got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kurt Faust took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Caspar Borretty. Caspar Borretty dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Reinhold Springfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Poldi Miskiewicz having to interfere. Schleperhusen FSV's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
