The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel-Benjamin Fiedeler got free with Nicholas Gurok in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Elam F.C. defense, Marc-Joel Brackheimer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicholas Gurok. The Elam F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicholas Gurok should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd match minute, Elam F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alois Saure to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute Marc-Joel Brackheimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicholas Gurok saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Marc-Joel Brackheimer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Elam F.C. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Willi Kaindl hit a great ball. After 34 played minutes Michael Gläsel rounded Elam F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Elam F.C.'s Nicholas Gurok played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marc-Joel Brackheimer in the 40th minute of play. Nicholas Gurok made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc-Joel Brackheimer in the 45th minute of play. Marc-Joel Brackheimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicholas Gurok having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marc-Joel Brackheimer to strike the kick off in the second half. When Joel-Benjamin Fiedeler got free in front of the goal in the 66th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Nicholas Gurok was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, Elam F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marc-Joel Brackheimer came free, but Nicholas Gurok reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicholas Gurok showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc-Joel Brackheimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Marc-Joel Brackheimer made a precise shot to the right of Nicholas Gurok. Elam F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 84 minutes into the match, Marc-Joel Brackheimer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicholas Gurok. Elam F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marc-Joel Brackheimer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Nicholas Gurok took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marc-Joel Brackheimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Elam F.C.'s Raoul Stoiber got a free kick in the 97th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rehnsdorf FSV fully deserved thier win.
