Abdelaziz Piper's late challenge caught a Oberbeisheim FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdelaziz Piper helped the player get up and apologised. Udo Hovermann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Friedbert Warschau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Friedbert Warschau had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Udo Hovermann. Oberbeisheim FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Friedbert Warschau was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Friedbert Warschau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Udo Hovermann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Herbert Rädle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Joachim Ayim came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the ISSOISSO YOY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joachim Ayim couldn't finish the play. Friedbert Warschau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Udo Hovermann having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Oberbeisheim FC's goal looked a bit too open when Berko Flanz came free, but Udo Hovermann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Joachim Ayim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ISSOISSO YOY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joachim Ayim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brandon Irmisch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Rädle in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joachim Ayim in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Udo Hovermann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Udo Hovermann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Friedbert Warschau in the 41st minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Herbert Rädle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Herbert Rädle was the one to do the kick off. Udo Hovermann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Friedbert Warschau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Marcel Egger made a precise shot to the right of Brandon Irmisch. ISSOISSO YOY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. A collision led to Oberbeisheim FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Stan Gerstner hit a great ball.
