Owen Jagemann charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Owen Jagemann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Owen Jagemann kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Steffen Ross made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Henri Schmalacker sent off a good shot on target. Christian Fonken kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Henri Schmalacker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Steffen Ross tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Volkhard Jacob managed to get in a good position for a shot. Klein Eissel FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Volkhard Jacob was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steffen Ross breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Enno Blaßkiewitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Enno Blaßkiewitz hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enno Blaßkiewitz during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 53 minutes into the match, Laumersheim FC's goal looked a bit too open when Volkhard Jacob came free, but Steffen Ross reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steffen Ross made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Volkhard Jacob in the 54th minute of play. Klein Eissel FC's Henri Schmalacker got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Volkhard Jacob in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Steffen Ross saved Laumersheim FC from getting behind. Christoph Reiter hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Owen Jagemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Steffen Ross made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Volkhard Jacob in the 70th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Volkhard Jacob couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Laumersheim FC booed when Klein Eissel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiggo Butkus didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Owen Jagemann got free with Reinald Brassat in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Steffen Ross took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henri Schmalacker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute, Owen Jagemann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Henri Schmalacker came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Klein Eissel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henri Schmalacker couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Laumersheim FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Klein Eissel FC.
