Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) FC Barcelona's Hagen Kebeis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute of the match FC Barcelona got a corner. Nennig FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hagen Kebeis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marc Kraft made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hagen Kebeis in the 7th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Nennig FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philipp Henrich to maneuver through the defense. If Hagen Kebeis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Nennig FC's goalkeeper Marc Kraft had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hagen Kebeis. In the 28th minute of the match Philipp Henrich sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carsten Wunderlich skillfully saved the ball. Hagen Kebeis in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marc Kraft, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 34 minutes into the game, one of Nennig FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Marc Kraft, was totally fooled by FC Barcelona's Hagen Kebeis, who 35 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Hagen Kebeis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Günther Kreis in the 41st minute of play forced Nennig FC's goalkeeper Marc Kraft to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jens Jung stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, FC Barcelona's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jens Jung fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 53 minutes into the game, Sixten Sahr was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Barcelona's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nennig FC the free kick. Marc Kraft showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hagen Kebeis in the 55th minute of the match. FC Barcelona's Günther Kreis got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Hagen Kebeis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carsten Wunderlich made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Ralf Nellessen sent off a good shot on target. Hagen Kebeis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Kraft having to interfere. Carsten Wunderlich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens Jung in the 67th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Sven-Christian Doll took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Carsten Wunderlich to make any attempt to save it. Marc Kraft showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hagen Kebeis, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Günther Kreis made a precise shot to the right of Marc Kraft. Nennig FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Friedl Engert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Marc Kraft tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hagen Kebeis kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Günther Kreis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Barcelona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Günther Kreis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When FC Barcelona's Hagen Kebeis in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nennig FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th minute, Günther Kreis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Hagen Kebeis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nennig FC's Marc Kraft played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hagen Kebeis in the 93rd minute of play. Despite being the better team, FC Barcelona failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
