Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when James Gaßner got the match started through his kick off. Meikel Luthardt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Gaßner in the 5th minute of the match. James Gaßner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meikel Luthardt having to interfere. Helmut Pfeffers short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Meikel Luthardt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 18 minutes, James Gaßner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. dortmund's supporters crossed their fingers, but James Gaßner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 19 played minutes Galactikos got a freekick which was hit by Bodo Mühl. Eberhard Lebengut was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. James Gaßner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Meikel Luthardt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Galactikos's goal looked a bit too open when James Gaßner came free, but Meikel Luthardt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Eugen Dembowsky hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the game, Helmut Pfeffer lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Meikel Luthardt. Helmut Pfeffer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Meikel Luthardt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Galactikos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when James Gaßner scored to the left of an out of position Meikel Luthardt, making the score, 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Helmut Pfeffer got free with Meikel Luthardt in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 46thth minute of the game James Gaßner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galactikos's Meikel Luthardt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Meikel Luthardt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Gaßner in the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bodo Mühl made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, James Gaßner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. dortmund's supporters crossed their fingers, but James Gaßner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Galactikos's goal looked a bit too open when James Gaßner came free, but Meikel Luthardt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Meikel Luthardt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Gaßner in the 60th minute of play. Meikel Luthardt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of James Gaßner's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After 63 played minutes dortmund got a freekick which was hit by Tammo Denz. If Eugen Dembowsky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Helmut Pfeffer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When dortmund's James Gaßner in 74 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Meikel Luthardt guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 80 minutes into the game, dortmund's James Gaßner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Meikel Luthardt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. If Helmut Pfeffer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. James Gaßner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meikel Luthardt having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Helmut Pfeffer in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Meikel Luthardt saved Galactikos from getting behind. Meikel Luthardt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmut Pfeffer, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. James Gaßner scored 6-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Meikel Luthardt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. dortmund's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
