A very good chance. dortmund's Reineke Büttner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorck Bosch in the 11th minute of play. A collision led to dortmund getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Axel Brominski hit a great ball. Willi Spiwak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Gaßner in the 14th minute of play. Stefan Ambrosius hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Willi Spiwak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Gaßner in the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Miescheid FC's goal looked a bit too open when James Gaßner came free, but Willi Spiwak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eberhard Lebengut charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eberhard Lebengut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes dortmund got a freekick which was hit by Eberhard Lebengut. Miescheid FC's Willi Spiwak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Miescheid FC from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the game, dortmund's Helmut Pfeffer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Willi Spiwak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 37 minutes into the match, Miescheid FC's goal looked a bit too open when James Gaßner came free, but Willi Spiwak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils König sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pitt Bernheim got his second yellow card in the match during the 45th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Miescheid FC's Pitt Bernheim got a free kick in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jorck Bosch made a kick off. Willi Spiwak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmut Pfeffer, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 56 minutes, Stefan Ambrosius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miescheid FC and the dortmund players grew even worse after the yellow card. 57 minutes into the match, Helmut Pfeffer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Willi Spiwak. Miescheid FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Helmut Pfeffer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Willi Spiwak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helmut Pfeffer in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helmut Pfeffer in the 74th minute of play forced Miescheid FC's goalkeeper Willi Spiwak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. James Gaßner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Willi Spiwak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Willi Spiwak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Helmut Pfeffer went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Willi Spiwak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Helmut Pfeffer's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Helmut Pfeffer struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Willi Spiwak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for dortmund. Nils König kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After having played for 99 minutes, Tammo Denz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. dortmund's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tammo Denz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. dortmund walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
