Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Björn-Torben Hoppe kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Byfang FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Björn-Torben Hoppe to maneuver through the defense. Ludwig Konietzny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Björn-Torben Hoppe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niklaus Burchartz charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niklaus Burchartz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, Niklaus Burchartz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, Thundorf FC's Odo Gehling sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabian Bettinger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabian Bettinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Odo Gehling, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The supporters of Byfang FSV booed when Thundorf FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinhold Kiener didn't get a good kick on the ball. Björn-Torben Hoppe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Konietzny having to interfere. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Tommy Böhringer sped through Thundorf FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ludwig Konietzny. Tommy Böhringer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ludwig Konietzny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Thundorf FC's Niklaus Burchartz got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Byfang FSV were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Thundorf FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Michael-Jan Lausberg took the corner. The corner led Byfang FSV's Michael-Jan Lausberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Ludwig Konietzny despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tommy Böhringer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Konietzny having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Byfang FSV's Ludwig Konietzny threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Björn-Torben Hoppe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Torsten Brazol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Byfang FSV's Jonas-Andreas Eberhard got a free kick in the 47th minute. 49 minutes into the game, Torsten Brazol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Fabian Bettinger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Odo Gehling to make the kick off. Odo Gehling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Bettinger having to interfere. Tommy Böhringer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torsten Brazol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Fabian Bettinger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinhold Kiener got free with Fabian Bettinger in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Björn-Torben Hoppe in the 69th minute of play forced Thundorf FC's goalkeeper Ludwig Konietzny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Torsten Brazol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thundorf FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torsten Brazol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Byfang FSV's Fabian Bettinger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Odo Gehling in the 80th minute of play. When Torsten Brazol came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Thundorf FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torsten Brazol couldn't finish the play. Tommy Böhringer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ludwig Konietzny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Odo Gehling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Fabian Bettinger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, one of Byfang FSV:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Byfang FSV. Hansjörg Heinsch shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens Göhring during the 100th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 100 played minutes Thundorf FC got a freekick which was hit by Jens Göhring. After recieving a nice pass, Byfang FSV's Michael-Jan Lausberg tried to score from far away in the 101st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Byfang FSV fans cheered their team off the field, for while Thundorf FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
