Rocky Britz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hanjo Brahms in the 17th minute of play forced Balzhausen FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Lau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Lau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hanjo Brahms in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Balzhausen FC's Jamie Tassler got a free kick in the 20th minute. Hanjo Brahms fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Lau having to interfere. Burkhard Bangert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Rocky Britz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enak Mehlbaum in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Lau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hernando Borek was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
