Jochen Ihm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kajus Wesseling read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. If Jochen Ihm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kajus Wesseling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jürgen Steinke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stefano Goldmann got free with Friedemann Gruber in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 18 minutes into the match, FC Treue's goal looked a bit too open when Loris Evertz came free, but Kajus Wesseling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Loris Evertz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kajus Wesseling was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kajus Wesseling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaas Jäger in the 22nd minute of play. Jürgen Steinke scored 0-2 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kajus Wesseling, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jürgen Steinke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kajus Wesseling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaas Jäger in the 38th minute of the match. Loris Evertz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kajus Wesseling having to interfere. In the 41st minute Jochen Ihm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajus Wesseling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Klaas Jäger struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Kajus Wesseling didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS SIEMIANOWICE. Jürgen Steinke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kajus Wesseling having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klaas Jäger in the 47th minute of play forced FC Treue's goalkeeper Kajus Wesseling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
After having played for 52 minutes, Klaas Jäger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS SIEMIANOWICE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klaas Jäger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute, Jochen Ihm fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a defensive mix-up in FC Treue's zone, Feodor Ernstberger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kajus Wesseling came out of the goal and Feodor Ernstberger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Treue's Kajus Wesseling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jochen Ihm in the 62nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Treue's zone, Loris Evertz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kajus Wesseling came out of the goal and Loris Evertz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Treue's goalkeeper Kajus Wesseling, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 68 minutes into the game, Hennes Kreuzer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Treue's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS SIEMIANOWICE the free kick. In the 68th match minute, FC Treue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hennes Kreuzer to maneuver through the defense. Loris Evertz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Kajus Wesseling made a huge save. Klaas Jäger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kajus Wesseling having to interfere. KS SIEMIANOWICE made a substitution. Hannes Vogel replaced Feodor Ernstberger. KS SIEMIANOWICE made a substitution. Guido Gärtner replaced Walther Strothmann. If Loris Evertz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jochen Ihm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kajus Wesseling having to interfere. FC Treue's Kajus Wesseling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loris Evertz in the 83rd minute of play. When Klaas Jäger came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the KS SIEMIANOWICE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Klaas Jäger couldn't finish the play. Hannes Vogel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Kajus Wesseling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Friedemann Gruber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Hollenbach in the 88th minute of the match. A collision led to KS SIEMIANOWICE getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Igor Uken hit a great ball. Friedemann Gruber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorsten Gloz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Dan Hollenbach left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Treue fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. KS SIEMIANOWICE's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
