The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orson Tillich to strike the kick off in the second half. Timo Rebmann kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Hinterreit's Holger Drude broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Sascha Rybohl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Fonken in the 62nd minute of play. Orson Tillich recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hinterreit's Jonas Konig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Hinterreit from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Diepseifen left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hinterreit.
