Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Roman Zierer started the match with the kick off. Vicente Irabien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chunche Davila in the 6th minute of play forced FSV Leinetal's goalkeeper Georg Tremmel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute Hernando Avellana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Tremmel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Hernando Avellana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Steinwinkel's Lorenz Bobzien got control of the ball when Udo Hipp tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Vicente Irabien came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Steinwinkel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Irabien couldn't finish the play. Lothar Nazaradeh kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Hernando Avellana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Tremmel having to interfere. After 22 minutes, Berko Seibel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FSV Leinetal and the Steinwinkel players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hernando Avellana struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Georg Tremmel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Steinwinkel. In the 25th minute Chunche Davila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Tremmel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind FSV Leinetal's goalkeeper Georg Tremmel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Jan März cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Lorenz Bobzien was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 36 played minutes Steinwinkel got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Steigert. When Jochen Bregenzer fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FSV Leinetal's protests and gave Jochen Bregenzer a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes FSV Leinetal got a freekick which was hit by Jochen Bregenzer. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hernando Avellana was the one to do the kick off. Gus Treusch charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gus Treusch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th match minute, Steinwinkel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gus Treusch to maneuver through the defense. Joseph Bluhm kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Hernando Avellana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Georg Tremmel was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. When Gus Treusch came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Steinwinkel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gus Treusch couldn't finish the play. Vicente Irabien recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 68 minutes, Hernando Avellana made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. FSV Leinetal's Georg Tremmel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Georg Tremmel made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Vicente Irabien sent off a good shot on target. In the 76th minute, Hernando Avellana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute, Jochen Bregenzer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chunche Davila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Georg Tremmel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Steinwinkel's Chunche Davila sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Georg Tremmel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Gus Treusch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vicente Irabien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Georg Tremmel made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Vicente Irabien sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 96 minutes, Gus Treusch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Steinwinkel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gus Treusch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
