Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Yannik Preuss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunther Neffin having to interfere. Gunther Neffin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vahid Hanne in the 10th minute of play. FC ingolstadt 04's Gunther Neffin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yannik Preuss in the 11th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciriaco Fleck got free with Gunther Neffin in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, FC ingolstadt 04's Gunther Neffin got control of the ball when Ciriaco Fleck tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, FC ingolstadt 04's goalkeeper Gunther Neffin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciriaco Fleck. Keith Strebl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lauritz Starke in the 24th minute of play. Noel Butscher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ciriaco Fleck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Glehn FSV's zone, Claudius Kuczinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keith Strebl came out of the goal and Claudius Kuczinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 42 minutes of play FC ingolstadt 04's Claudius Kuczinski was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 43rd match minute, FC ingolstadt 04 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudius Kuczinski to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the match, FC ingolstadt 04's goalkeeper Gunther Neffin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciriaco Fleck. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yannik Preuss to strike the kick off in the second half. Lauritz Starke charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lauritz Starke the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC ingolstadt 04's Lauritz Starke got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Ciriaco Fleck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciriaco Fleck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Gunther Neffin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the FC ingolstadt 04 defense, Ciriaco Fleck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunther Neffin. The FC ingolstadt 04 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunther Neffin should have stopped the shot. Noel Butscher was extremely unlucky when he, in the 71st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 91 minutes into the game, Lauritz Starke recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Keith Strebl. Lauritz Starke showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 96 minutes into the match, Glehn FSV's Yannik Preuss sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gunther Neffin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
