Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tarkan Morenius took the kick off in the first half of the match. Winfried Glaser's late challenge caught a Burger's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Winfried Glaser helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd match minute, Weyarn FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Winfried Glaser to maneuver through the defense. When Wilhelm Kreiser fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Weyarn FSV's protests and gave Wilhelm Kreiser a yellow card for diving instead. Dierk Eilers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cornelis Korbel in the 10th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Burger's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Inger came free, but Dierk Eilers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Klaus-Dieter Reents shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Nüssle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilhelm Kreiser kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Klaus-Dieter Reents came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Burger fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Klaus-Dieter Reents couldn't finish the play. Weyarn FSV's Eugen Nüssle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarkan Morenius in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Burger's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Inger came free, but Dierk Eilers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute Klaus-Dieter Reents shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Nüssle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Klaus-Dieter Reents cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eugen Nüssle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Weyarn FSV getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Dietrich Maurus hit a great ball. Dietrich Karp missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 35 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Eugen Nüssle right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Holger Inger in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dierk Eilers saved Burger from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Holger Inger to make the kick off. Dierk Eilers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelis Korbel in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Tarkan Morenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Nüssle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tarkan Morenius struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Eugen Nüssle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burger. Cornelis Korbel struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Dierk Eilers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Weyarn FSV. Holger Inger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Dierk Eilers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute Tarkan Morenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Nüssle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Klaus-Dieter Reents managed to get in a good position for a shot. Burger's supporters rose to their feet, but Klaus-Dieter Reents was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugen Nüssle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Tarkan Morenius took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Eugen Nüssle to make any attempt to save it. Dierk Eilers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Inger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Klaus-Dieter Reents struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Eugen Nüssle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burger. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Burger's goalkeeper Dierk Eilers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dierk Eilers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Inger in the 87th minute of the match. Gerke Breitbücher hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. When Cornelis Korbel came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Weyarn FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cornelis Korbel couldn't finish the play. Burger had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
